What personal information do I need to provide in order to sell tickets?

In most cases, we do not require any personal information other than your PayPal address in order to send payment. Some scenarios, however, may require proof of purchase as well as credit card info secured through a Sertifi contract agreement.

When I sell a ticket, what terms do I agree to?

By selling us your tickets you verify that you are the original purchaser of these tickets and that the tickets will under no circumstances be reprinted, reissued or used!

What if I do not abide by the seller agreement?

Failure to abide by our agreement can result in fees as much as 300% of the purchasing price or the total cost incurred by Ticket Pickers in order to remedy the breach of agreement.

I have been asked to upload a credit card and photo ID, why?
This is a precautionary measure we take in order to guarantee the authenticity of our tickets.
